Here at Sam’s Safety Equipment we greatly respect the privacy of our customers. No information given to us in person, over the phone, or the internet will ever be shared with third parties. Any credit card information transferred for purchases over the internet will never be seen by employees here. All information is processed through appropriate payment sources online, this is in the best interest of our customers. We never share your email address or other personal information with anyone outside our company.  We will only email our newsletter once a month.

We try to follow up with customers one month after their purchase to make sure that they are happy with their order and the service that they received. We have always welcomed giving credit history references for our customers if they choose to use us as references. In such instances, no detailed information will be given, only the duration of our business with client companies and their history of on time payments. We welcome any and all questions not covered in this privacy statement and look forward to speaking with each of our customers.

All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase with a receipt. The items being returned must be in re-sellable condition for a full refund. Partial refunds are determined on a case by case basis.
